Rna mochaka [ऋणमोचक] Ganpati stotra

sindhurAvarNan dvibhujAna gaanesaaN

laMbodharaNa padamaadale niviSTam |

brahmaa adidevaiH  parisevyaaM aanan

siddhairayutana tana praaNamaami devaM || 1||

My salutations to that Ganesa,  Who is  of  sindura [red] colour ,

Who has two hands and who is potbellied,  Who is seated on a petal of the lotus flower.

Who is served by Lord Brahma and other devas,  Who is saluted by the most eminent siddhas [sages]

1] sindUra/सिन्दूर – vermilion

2] varNa/वर्ण – colour

3] dvibhuja/ द्विभुज- 2arm

4] lambodara/लम्बोदर – potbellied

5]  padma dala/पद्मदल lotus petal

6]  praNAma/ प्राणमा – salutations

7] niviSTa/ निविष्ट – seated

sRSTyadau brAhmaNa samyak pUjitaH phalasiddhaye |

sadaiva pArvatI putra Rna nasana karothu may || 2||

May the son of Goddess Parvathi [pArvatI putra], by worshipping whom,

Brahmadeva got the power of creation, destroy all my debts.

1] sRSTi/सृष्टि– creation

2] brAhmaNa/ब्राह्मण- here referring to Brahmadeva

3] samyak/ सम्यक्   – accurate

4]  pUjita/ पूजित – adored / honoured

5] phalasiddhi/ फलसिद्धि- success

6] sadaiva / सदैव – always

7] Rna /ऋन – debts,

tripurAsya vadhaath pUrvam Shambuna samyagarchita |

sadaiva pArvatI putra Rna nasan karothu may || 3||

Let the son of Goddess Parvathi , worshipped by Tripura,

Before destruction of Tripuras, destroy all my debts.

1] vadhati /वधति – To kill

2] pUrvam / पूर्वम् – before

3] samyag /  सम्यग् – well

4] tripurA /त्रिपुरा -Shiva

hiraNyaakasyapavaadiinaM   vadharthe Vishnu archita|

sadaiva pArvatI putra Rna nasana karothu may   || 4||

Let the son of Goddess Parvathi , who was worshiped by Lord Vishnu,
for the sake of killing Hiranyakasipu , destroy all my debts.

1] hiraNyaakasyapa/हिरण्याकश्यप -  Hiranyakashapu also translated to golden-haired  is an asura who was subsequently killed by the Narasimha Avatara of Lord Vishnu.

mahiShasya vadhe divya gaNanaatha: prapujita   |

sadaiva parvatiputra:  RNa nasana karotu me ||

Let that son of Goddess Parvathi , who is worshiped before the slaying of Mahishasura

as divya gaNanaatha [master of the gaNas] by the Goddess, destroy all my debts.

1] mahiSa/  महिष –   buffalo

2]  divya/दिव्य  – celestial / angelic

3] gaNanAtha /गणनाथ   – ganEsa

4]prapUjita/प्रपूजित    – worshiped

tarakasya  vadhaata kumareNa prapujita:  |

sadaiva parvatiputra:  RNa nasana karotu me ||

Let the son of Goddess Parvathi , worshiped by Lord Subramanya,
Before killing of  demon Tharakasura, destroy all my debts.

1] taraka /तरक  – demon Taraka  who was slayed by Karttikeya

By sun god to get his luster, destroy all my debts.

Let the son of Goddess Parvathi, worshiped as Lord of Ganas,
by the moon [chandradeva] for increasing his light , destroy all my debts.

sadaiva parvatiputra:  RNa nasana karotu me ||

Let the son of Goddess Parvathi , worshiped by Sage Viswamithra,
for protecting his penance , destroy all my debts.

idam tva Rnaaharaa stotram tivra daridrya nashana |

ekavaara paThana nityam varSaamaekam samaahita    |

daaridrya daaruNa tyaktavaa kubera samataa vrajetaa |

If this prayer for destruction of debts ,
Which destroys extreme poverty,
Is daily read for one week,
Before the completion of one year,
He would get out of the pitiable poverty and become like Kubera.

please note there has been a typo error in few verses pls read as ऋण नाशना
